Shipping and Return Policy
We do not accept used or washed products for return or exchange.
Customers can exchange/ return their order within 15 days after an order has been delivered.
Size Exchange:
In case the size you chose does not fit well and you need a size smaller or bigger just contact us immediately at info@meltinggalaxy.net for us to assist you.
You will need to courier the product back to us (unused and in original condition) within 15 days of receiving the product.
- How can i send the product back?
You can send it via any courier service or registered post.
- What is the address to return items?
Please mail us at info@meltinggalaxy.net along with the order id and we will send you the details.
- How much do you reimburse for the courier charges occurred?
Please choose a cost-effective courier service. we usually recommend India post. we reimburse a maximum of Rs. 100/- in the form of coupon for couriering the product back to us which can be used for the next purchase.
By when can i expect the new size to be delivered?
Upon receiving exchanged product, we will ship the new product immediately.
Refund:
In case, you are unhappy with the product, we refund the entire amount directly to your account or Paytm. You will need to courier the product back to us as mentioned above. refunds shall be communicated within 5 days from the date of receipt of product to info@meltinggalaxy.net.
Wrong/Damaged Product:
We check the quality of each and every product before shipping. But just in case you receive an incorrect or damaged product mail us at info@meltinggalaxy.netand we will take care of the rest immediately.
Missing Parcels:
- Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address where possible. We will refund/ replace your order in case it is lost in transit (for online payments)
